Breast augmentation surgery
Breast augmentation is a very simple and safe cosmetic procedure, which aims to change the shape of the breast by giving it more volume, in addition to giving it a more rounded shape, by using certain medical implants, made of silicone or saline
The plastic surgeon determines the type of filling, according to the required size and desired results
Silicone implants
Silicone implants give a natural appearance to the shape of the breast, as it consists of a silicone shell filled with silicone gel, which is a transparent viscous liquid similar in composition to the mammary glands that form the breast, while the woman must exceed twenty years of age to be able to make silicone implants

Candidates for breast augmentation
No woman can perform breast augmentation, there are a set of conditions that must be met first in order for a woman to become a candidate for breast augmentation
- • To be over the age of 18 and the breasts have fully developed.
- • To be in good health and free from any disease that hinders the successful operation.
- • Women who suffer from a change in the size of the breasts due to weight loss or frequent pregnancies, childbirth and breastfeeding.
- • Women who have lost breasts as a result of cancer or accidents.
- • Those who suffer from uneven breast size, asymmetry and loss of fullness.
- • Those who feel dissatisfied with the general appearance because of its small size.
Tips before breast augmentation
- Completely abstain from smoking for a month before the breast augmentation procedure, because it narrows the veins and reduces the level of oxygen in the blood.
- التوقف عن تناول أي نوع من أنواع العقاقير الطبية التي تسبب سيولة في الدم، مثل؛ الأسبرين، ومركبات الايبوبروفين.
- الابتعاد عن تناول المنبهات بكافة أنواعها، مثل؛ الكافيين، أو القهوة العربية، لأنه يؤثر على عملية التخدير ويصعب القيام بالتخدير، وذلك لمدة أسبوعين قبل إجراء عملية تكبير الثدي.
- الامتناع عن تناول أي نوع من أنواع مميعات الدم، مثل؛ الكحوليات ومجموعة الفيتامينات، لإحتوائها على فيتامين E، لمدة أسبوعين قبل العملية، وذلك لتجنب حالات النزيف أثناء العملية.
نصائح بعد عملية تكبير الثدي
- تجنب قدر الإمكان القيام بأي مجهود كبير أو أي أعمال شاقة، كما يفضل الابتعاد عن ممارسة الرياضة، وذلك لمدة شهر الالتزام بارتداء الصدرية الطبية، لمدة شهر بعد إجراء عملية تكبير الثدي، وذلك لأنها تساعد على تسريع عملية على الأقل.
- الاستمرار في الامتناع عن التدخين لمدة شهرين بعد إجراء عملية تكبير الثدي، لأنه يؤثر على النسبة المطلوبة من الأكسجين اللازمة للشفاء.
- الابتعاد عن درجة الحرارة المرتفة، مثل؛ تجربة الحمام التركي أو الساونا.
- تجنب التعرض لأشعة الشمس الضارة، وذلك لمدة شهر بعد العملية.
- تجنب حمل الأشياء الثقيلة لمدة تتراوح ما بين أربعة أسابيع إلى ستة أسابيع بعد العملية
