Tips before having a breast lift operation
- Refrain from applying any kind of moisturizing cream at least two days before the procedure.
- Stop taking stimulants of all kinds, such as; Caffeine, or Arabic coffee, caffeine, or Arabic coffee, before a tightening procedure for at least two weeks, because it makes the process of anesthesia and it difficult to anesthetize the woman who follows stimuli frequently.
- Refrain from smoking for a month before the breast augmentation procedure, as it increases the proportion of smoke in the blood.
- Stay away from types of blood thinners, such as; Alcoholic multivitamin capsules, containing vitamin E, for two weeks
- To stop taking any kind of medical drugs that cause blood thinning, such as; aspirin;
- Make sure to eat a healthy, healthy and balanced diet at least two weeks before the breast lift operation
Tips after breast lift surgery
- Commit to wearing a supportive medical bra for six weeks after the breast lift procedure, specifically after removing the bandages, because it helps speed up the healing process.
- Refrain from itching or pressing completely on the breast area for a month after the breast lift operation.
- Stay away from any strenuous physical effort, or exercise, and it is recommended to commit to complete rest, for a period of at least two months.
- Avoid carrying heavy objects for a period ranging between four weeks to six weeks after the operation.
- Maintaining a relatively stable weight, by following some diets dictated by the doctor, in addition to eating healthy and sound food.
- Avoid exposure to harmful sunlight, for a month after the operation
- Stay away from high temperature, for at least six weeks, and you should avoid trying the Turkish bath or sauna.
